Warranty Information
Coverage
Clearbackpacks.com warrants this product against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of THREE MONTHS (3) from the date of original retail
purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by
Clearbackpacks.com within the warranty period, at its option,
Clearbackpacks.com will repair the product or exchange the product with a new product.
A replacement product assumes no remaining warranty.
Please note: If the backpacks have been altered in any way the warranty is
voided. Alterations include and are not limited by permanent marker or
other writing upon the backpack.
*All backpacks are to be shipped back to ClearBackpacks.com by the consumer for inspection before any claim is settled.
Bags used to carry over 20 pounds of content void any warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty applies only to the normal use of the product, normal wear and
tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided
with the product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident,
abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.
If the front lower pocket of a bag shows that it has been dragged, no
warranty applies as this indicates misuse. Dragging the bag quickly wears
out the materials allowing heavy items to tear the main storage area.
